Acquisition Support
McClendon’s acquisition support works closely with customers to fully understand their needs and effectively shape them into viable requirements for vendors to work with. Our acquisition support professionals bridge the communications gaps between customer and vendor to make the acquisition process a more efficient means to achieve mission success. We have assisted our customers with SOW preparation, RFP development, cost evaluations, technical evaluations and negotiation assistance.
